Thank you for shopping with Opulent Black Swan Balloon Artistry. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Latex balloons
  • Foil balloons
  • Custom orders
  • Balloon accessories

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer service team via email at hello@opulentblackswan.com.

To process your claim, we require the following:

  1. A clear photo of the damaged or defective item(s).
  2. A copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Once we review and approve your claim, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims received after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for resolution.

Order Fulfillment and Event Dates

We prioritize fulfilling orders promptly. To help us better serve you, please include the date of your event in the notes section during checkout. While we will make every effort to fulfill your order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please place your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. Custom orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  1. The correct product(s) and quantities are selected before completing the purchase.
  2. The shipping address provided is accurate.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders placed incorrectly or sent to the wrong address.
