Order Processing and Same-Day Shipping
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on business days are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Business Hours
Our operating hours for order processing and customer service are:
- Monday-Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday-Friday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM
We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure prompt delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Available options include:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
- Local Pickup (available for Houston, TX residents)
Event Date Prioritization
If your purchase is for a specific event, please include the event date in the notes section during checkout. While we will prioritize timely delivery, we recommend ordering well in advance to avoid potential delays.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Opulent Black Swan Balloon Artistry is not responsible for replacing packages lost, damaged, or delayed during transit. If an issue occurs:
- Open a claim directly with the carrier to resolve the matter.
- Provide the carrier with your tracking number and details of the issue.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages once they have been shipped.
Local Pickup
For customers selecting local pickup:
- Orders must be picked up during business hours at 4512 Hwy 6N, Suite B, Houston, TX 77084.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. Some items, such as helium tanks or hazardous materials, may have additional shipping restrictions.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
